USA Hockey Requirements
Below is a list of requirements from DPYH, USA Hockey, and WAHA (Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association) for a team manager that need to be completed PRIOR to participation with team (on and off ice) and DUE NO LATER THAN November 30:
- Register as a Volunteer for USA Hockey - (Annual Renewal)
- Complete USA Hockey SafeSport Certification - (Renew/Refresh Every Year)
- Complete USA Hockey Background Screening - (Renew Every Other Year)
Note: Failure to fulfill the requirements identified above may result in not receiving volunteer credits and is up to the discretion of the DPYH board of directors
