NEWHOA

NEWHOA is the official training body for hockey referees serving Green Bay, De Pere, Shawano, Marinette, and Manitowoc. Our mission is to recruit, train, and develop high-quality officials so that every game in Northeast Wisconsin is covered by prepared, confident referees. Through structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development, we're committed to raising the standard of officiating across our region.
